What is our return policy?

Items may be returned or exchanged if unworn or unwashed product by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Returned gifts will be refunded via a standard gift card sent to the original order shipping address.

How do I return my item?

If you need to return a product please contact us and we will provide you with a RMA# and proper procedure to return the item back to us. Returns take about 7-10 business days to process.

Is it possible to change my order?

Please be extra careful when placing orders. We process orders very quickly so you need to contact us if you made a mistake. It best to let us know immediately. If the order has already been completed we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

Do we ship to international countries?

Yes mundaze ships internationally. Some countries may have some restrictions. Please feel free to contact us.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express and much more. We also accept Paypal as a form of payment.

Why did I receive an e-mail about a backorder?

Sometimes items may be back ordered due to too many sales or a miscount. We will notify you right away if this happens and offer you the solution of a refund or a replacement. You may also wait for the item to come back in stock if you would like.
